Is my membership active as soon as I purchase?

Not quite! Once you’ve purchased your membership, you’ll receive a membership ticket by email from Showclix! Your membership will become active upon your first visit to Arcadia Earth when you show this ticket and present a valid Photo ID.

What do I need to know for my first visit after purchasing?

When you arrive at Arcadia Earth, present your Membership ticket to our front desk team to activate your membership. Please remember to bring your Photo ID: a valid drivers license or health card will work! From there, you’ll receive your membership ID to start enjoying your benefits right away!

When does my membership expire?

Your Membership expires exactly one year from the date it was activated in person during your first visit.

How do I access my membership?

Once activated, you’ll receive an email with a digital Membership Card that you can save to your mobile Wallet!

Can someone else use my membership on my behalf?

No, the primary Membership holder must be present with their Photo ID in order for the Membership to be used.

My contact information needs to be updated. How can I do this?

Simply email the Membership Concierge with your updated contact information.

Is my family included in my membership?

No, each Membership is individual, but all Members receive an exclusive 20% off tickets for up to 8 guests, as long as the Membership-holder is present with their Photo ID. Memberships for Seniors, Youth and Children are also available for purchase.

What if my child has a membership and wants to visit without me?

Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to renew my membership, or will it renew automatically?

Your membership must be renewed.
