Questions regarding Tickets

We will do our best to respond to you within 48-72 hours, but we hope the following information will help answer our most frequently asked questions.

Ticket exchange

Tickets for time slots may be exchanged online prior to the start time of your purchased ticket(s) by clicking on the “Exchange Tickets” link at the bottom of your receipt email.

Running late?

Please do your best to arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time, otherwise, we will do our best to accommodate you based on capacity at the time of your arrival.


Refunds are not available per our Ticket Purchase Agreement, however, please feel free to exchange your ticket using our Ticket Exchange Policy explained above.

GIft cards

We do not sell gift cards, but you can purchase our Anytime Tickets. These tickets are redeemable at any time during regular operating hours and are the perfect gift! Last entry is 60 minutes prior to closing time.
