Milestone Birthday Party

On a Saturday evening, 60 guests were welcomed to Arcadia Earth for a fully customized milestone birthday celebration inspired by the theme of a Secret Garden. The evening began in the Marketplace Lounge, where guests enjoyed passed cocktails and appetizers while exploring a stunning floral installation designed as a photo moment. They also had the opportunity to create their own signature scent at a custom perfume-making station, adding a personalized touch to the experience.

From there, guests embarked on a Secret Garden journey through the immersive exhibit before arriving into one of our Projection Mapping Rooms, which had been completely transformed with custom floral-inspired projection content. The space featured lush floral décor surrounding a 360° photo booth, creating a breathtaking focal point for the celebration. A premium bar and interactive food stations encouraged guests to mingle before the festivities continued into a second transformed event space.The evening concluded in our second Projection Mapping Room, reimagined as another Secret Garden destination complete with a live DJ, additional food stations, a full-service bar, and a lively dance floor. Every element of the event was thoughtfully curated to create a seamless, immersive celebration from beginning to end.
